Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using the services of Cosmo Nails & Spa, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all bookings made online, by phone, through our AI assistant, or in person.

Appointments & Booking

Bookings made through our online system, AI phone assistant, or website chatbot are confirmed immediately. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment details. Please review them carefully and contact us right away if anything is incorrect.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please review our full Cancellation Policy. In summary:

  • At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service

Services & Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will be charged. Additional services requested at the time of your appointment may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

We strive to complete all services to the highest standard. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address your concern promptly.

Health & Safety

For the safety of our guests and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or the health of our technicians.

Guests who are visibly unwell (e.g., contagious illness) may be asked to reschedule their appointment out of respect for other guests and staff.

Right to Refuse Service

Cosmo Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or poses a risk to the safety or well-being of our staff or other guests.

Limitation of Liability

Cosmo Nails & Spa's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose known allergies or skin conditions. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on our premises.

Online Booking & AI Assistant

Our online booking system and AI phone assistant (Cosmo) are provided for convenience. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for errors resulting from technical failures, miscommunication, or incorrect information provided during booking. Please verify all appointment details in your confirmation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
